Everything about the Spatz was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room (triple x 3 beds) was spacious, light, warm and airy. Food in the restaurant was very very good. Trips were arranged with the reception staff, very easily and cheap. This fantastic hotel is in a great location. It is within easy walking distance to the Old Town Square and across the river to the Oskar Schindler factory. It offered great value for money, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We have just returned from yet another fantastic stay at the Spatz. We were in a luxury double room which was beautiful, very clean and very comfortable. The receptionists were helpful and so friendly. The food in the Mexican restaurant was outstanding. We love Krakow and will be back again next year. We wanted a centrally placed hotel and we certainly got that. Spatz hotel is situated on the corner of the very pretty Jewish quarter. It is surrounded by bars restaurants and shops. the staff and service were second to none. The décor is stylish and the cleaning service impeccable. We will definitely return.
