I don’t have a credit card nor I can make a money transfer. Is there any chance to guarantee my reservation?
To guarantee your reservation we require your credit card details or money transfer to prepay a reservation. Otherwise, we can guarantee your booking till 3 p.m, however this possibility you need to confirm with Front Desk.

Is there a parking or a parking place nearby?
The nearest parking is situated in Dajwór Street 17 and costs 50 PLN per day (3-minute drive).
The car can be also parked in the nearby streets, ticket can be bought in the parking meter. Paid parking zone is between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. from Monday to Saturday.
Sunday is free of charge.
Parking fee is 6 zl per hour.
(Attention: parking metres do not give change.) -
Is there possibility to have a dinner in your restaurant and include it in the invoice?
Yes, of course. Before going to the restaurant please ask the reception for a voucher.

Yes, of course, we can arrange it for you. The cost is around 113 PLN.

What are the check-in and check-out times at Spatz?
Check-in is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Yes, it is free of charge. Please inform us about this need in advance.

Of course, if your room will be already prepared.

This fantastic hotel is in a great location. It is within easy walking distance to the Old Town Square and across the river to the Oskar Schindler factory. We have just returned from yet another fantastic stay at the Spatz. We were in a luxury double room which was beautiful, very clean and very comfortable. We wanted a centrally placed hotel and we certainly got that. Spatz hotel is situated on the corner of the very pretty Jewish quarter.
